I stayed there for a week n it ws good specially the housekeeping n security was vry cooperative n well behaved but can’t say abt the reception Coz before booking I payed all d amt online and mentioned everything abt our condition that my husband will check in 2 days prior as he has some business work n I will go after 2 days and I also asked them if they need any marriage prof or something then I can bring when I come but then also they created so much issue with my husband n also they were not allowing him to stay even when he was alone with his all documents.

Absolute waste of money! its very outdated, all the furnitures, appliances, are in too bad condition. The washing machine was leaking and the whole kitchen was flooded with water. kitchen was so dirty -spoons, oven, stove, fridge everything -didn't feel like touching it. despite informing the reception to clean it properly they never bothered to do it. unfriendly staff and never seen them smile even once.location is nice thats the only plus.

Stay was pretty good, only check in was delayed apart from this no issues had faced. Staff and services was good, they were friendly. Near to the hotel restaurants are available, location was pretty accessible. Breakfast in the hotel was really good they do have vegetarian and non-vegetarian options but mostly non-vegetarian. Rooms of the hotel was neat and clean.

Such a worst hotel ever. Don’t ever pls visit. They just say something and do something. They don’t allow guest in the room. They don’t provide proper WiFi and finally just for one hour late check out they charged 100 AED. They cleaned the room but didn’t locked when we went out. Managers are rude and not professional!

The services were good, prompt, and to the expectations. Some amenities in the washroom could be better, but otherwise satisfactory. The staff was courteous and helpful. Range of food variety is good, and for the most items, the food is good. The stay seemed quite reasonable for the cost. Thanks

Hotel was good, staff and their services were all fine, Location of the hotel was perfect it is in the center of the city and near to the market. breakfast in the hotel was good they have many options in it and rooms of the hotel was good.

hotel interior is not good as per reputation of the hotel, room service is also not good, no proper cleaning, food is costly but not tasty. Location is good 10 minutes walking distance to Metro Al Rigga station

I had booked for 3 person in advance, but when I go for check in they had charged me 345 dirhams extra, I ask for details, they told me we don't know the system says like that, , , very bad experience

Room over all good, service also good, here laundry service also available. But here dont have bar. Near by hotel dont have indian restaurant
