Points to be noted for the travellers: 1.Opt this hotel only under mandatory conditions such as early morning flight journeys as this hotel is cheaper and has airport dropping service. 2.There is no in-house restaurant or kitchen in the hotel. 3.Food can be ordered by food delivery applications like Food Panda etc., 4.Cab services such as GRAB / UBER are available for the hotel location to go around Bangkok city. There is no separate taxi provided by the hotel. 5.We have faced plumbing issues in our washrooms that need to be rectified for further developments. 6.Sometimes the lift has to be operated manually for closing and opening. If the lift doors don't open automatically, people will panic instead of operating it manually which has to be taken care of by the hotel staff or even can place a notice at the lift premises so that customers will be aware of it. 7.null of the restaurants are found at the hotel premises. Have to walk till the main road and search by yourself. 8.So many mosquitoes are inside the room which is so annoying while sleeping. 9.Travellers should be aware of aircraft landings and takeoff disturbances when you select this hotel. 10.The distance of the hotel is about 8km by road but the aerial displacement is not even 1km from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. So I suggest not to ignore point no.9 as it is very important to be aware. Accommodation is comfortable but had a big challenge for grabbing food from other restaurants.

It was very good stay, staff and services was good, everything was good, only the problem was the language problem, they don't know proper englidh but that was not a big deal, we had room on 38th floor and that was really good experience. We had breakfast in the hotel and that was good. Location of the hotel is really convenient and everything is near from it, so it is good for all kind of trips.

It was OK, Staff was good. WiFi connectivity was less on the floor but when we spoke to them they said it is temporary. Location of the hotel was far from the airport and market place but the main road was only 100m away plus they have vehicles facility. They provide pick up service which is free but for the drop you have to pay some amount.

Location is in a lane but being near to the airport is its only plus point. Good Indian food at nearby Thali Restaurant is available till 10.30 pm. Over all it isn't a bad deal at this price.
