Frenz Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Front desk staff was very helpful, they allowed me to check-in early by almost 1 hour and even without any extra charges. I asked the lady at reception for mobile charging adapter, she given the adapter to me after the small form filling and singing on it, which i think is okay. I asked her about nearby malls and metro / trains route etc.. she advised me very well and i reached the mall easily. The staff was helpful, hotel is clean but reception area is too small. The Guard at the main reception gate was not very proactive, every-time i goes in or out he always either late or simply not even come to open the glass door anyways that's fine. Location of hotel is looks like that u are in Muslim dominated area, there are many Muslim shops in front of hotel and besides and some small shops behind the hotel at back side. Masjid jamek metro station is just 5 min. walk from the hotel and there is one Sardarji hotel restaurant when u walk from hotel to masjid jamek station u will find "Jai Hind Hotel" which is run by some Sardaji from India and u will find all ur tasty Indian food there easily. all in all the hotel is good the only problem is the location and the room window is not opening and there is not a good view from the room.

i was in dilema before booking which hotel to choose ,but it is very good hotel u all can trust me can book my family members r happy

Its too good. My experience is that all hotels in Malaysia are mostly great.
