Jacob's Garden Hotel Bur Dubai

I had the worse experience in the hotel in 14 years of traveling. The manager was very rude and unprofessional per se for the service industry. We had booked two rooms, upon arrival they said either we can have two rooms or 1 suite with two bedrooms. So as an obvious choice we took the suite. However, upon checking out they asked us tourism tax (15 aed/night, we stayed for 3 nights) for two rooms so instead of 45 aed as we stayed in 1 room logically they asked us to pay 90 aed. Moreover, they are justifying this too, as per tourism rule it is 15 aed per night per room irrespective of number of people or bed in the room.

Checked in on time and additional bed arranged right on time. Nice clean room and regularly it was cleaned and arranged. Breakfast buffet was good. Receptionist and gatekeeper was soft spoken and nice. Overall a good experience with no complian. Room was spacious enough and additional bed was arranged. Location of hotel helped us to visit places easily.

room was nice but bathroom was bit dirty and shower tap was leackeage and not given big room as i was expecting as i have stayed before ,double room with partion and sofa was given,and no bath tub in bathroom , no bathroom slippers were given

1.location good. 2.hotel ambience good. 3.Breakfast has largely veg options - very good. 4. Nearby 3-4 Indian pure vegetarian restaurants. 5. this hotel is very near to Meenabazar, gold souk, electronics & mobile market. all within 3-5km
