Orchid Resort

I recently booked this and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was pathetic. The front desk staff were indifferent and unhelpful, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was in a terrible condition. It was not properly cleaned, with visible stains on the bedsheet & carpet and and an unpleasant odor. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens seemed to be old and worn out. To make matters worse, the bathroom was unsanitary, with mold in the shower and a sink that barely drained. the Ac was not working in the room. and there is no elevator in hotel and they give me room on 4th floor. when I request to change my room the hotel staff behave very rude they left me no choice apart from check out from hotel. The amenities advertised were not as described. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the promised. Overall, this is a red flag please don't book the hotel. not recmonded at all.

Rooms were given at 5th floor and no lift there in the hotel ! AC stopped working midnight and after staff struggling for half an hour, had to shift to another room with luggage and all this after returning tired drom whole day trip ! Swimming pool is just a big water tub for name sake ! Very far from DSL airport.

Location was good. Staff was co-operative. Free WiFi/internet facility was an added advantage for me as I could stay connected across the globe. Overall the stay was good.

IT WAS REALLY NICE. ALL STAFF WHERE FRIENDLY AND HELPED US A LOT ,ROOMS WHERE CLEAN AND WELL DECORATED ITS NEAR TO AIRPORT.
