Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus

Overall I would rate this Hotel to 3.5 Star at max; as overall Hotel is decent and location is Excellent; But the main issue we found was of the Poor Attitude of the receptionists at Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus check-in and check-out desk. They are specailly trained by their management for being rude to the customers and I think specailly with the Indian customers. We 3 families had 3 nights booking at their hotel. As it was family outing and we booked the rooms with the details of our kids with us. We made booking with breakfast and paid the extra charges accordingly while booking but at hotel they denied for breakfast for the kid and charged 250 Baht extra per day per kid. That was Pathetic on the point of Hotel. Further the attitude of the receptionists were so poor and rude always whenever you want to enquire something. the property is big enough. will never stay in this property ever; even if they give everything free or even they plead as overall the reception response on all the 3 days were poor.

We were a group of 4 friends. One of the best part of our trip was the stay at Patong resort. The reception looks posh and truly 5 star feel. Not to mention, amazing location, 50mts from the centre of the beach on one side while the back gate opens directly to Bangla road. Plenty of restaurants within 2mnts from Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus including an Indian restaurant Kohinoor. We got a sea facing room on the 5th floor, spacious big, very clean room with bath tub. Comfortable bed with a mini fridge, stocked it with beer from grocery store. Breakfast was yummm, sushi, bacon, sausages, fresh omelet and plenty of options. Highly recommend for one and all (families, couples, gang of friends).

they take 2000 bhat for per room as security deposit..reception staff is rude..they made false allegations against us with regard to stealing their hotel umberella, notepad, one napkins and they wanted to charge 300 bhat for each..in reality staff didnt check it properly..we went to room and searched for it which was lying in front of eyes in room..they say ' Sorry' after calling us..may b they wanted to exhort money from us..one room was given almost 1.30 hrs late..they dont hand over room before checkin time..location of hotel is good..rooms r gud so i could tolerate all their ****..please be careful with staff here..not trustworthy ..dont leave ur money or passports in hotelrooms..

EVERY THING WAS GOOD. STAFF BEHAVIOR WAS NICE AND POLITE. FOOD WAS LITTLE BIT NON-VEG. ACCORDING TO MOST OF PEOPLE. THERE WAS LESS OPTIONS FOR VEGETARIANS. WATER SHOULD BE ATLEAST 2 LITERS FOR A COUPLE IN A ROOM. CLEANLINESS MUST BE APPRECIATED. ROOMS ARE CLEAN, BIG AND VENTILATED. SAUNA & SPA WAS MISSING AS EXPECTED. LOCATION IS PERFECT IN THE CENTER OF MARKET.ONE MORE THING I WOULD REQUEST TO HOTEL MANAGEMENT I.E. PLEASE PROVIDE ACCOMMODATION EARLY TO THE CUSTOMERS REACHING EARLY IF THE ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME.DON'T THINK THAT THE POLICY IS TO CHECK IN AT 2'O CLOCK IN NOON. ELSE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. BEST OF LUCK FOR THE TRAVELERS TRAVELING TO PHUKET. ENJOY YOUR TRIP.

First of all I am very happy at my decision to book my stay at Patong resort in Phuket. Really had a pleasant and comfortable stay for 3 N/4Ds. Just adjacent to Patong Beach and Bangla Nightlife Street, one can have access to both the beach and Bangla Road from Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus with 1 or 2 minutes of walk. Also Jungceylon mall is just a few minutes of walk distance and so many nice restaurants nearby. Great food quality and very supportive staffs. Room was great with all the basic facilities. On the first night it was raining overnight and some water leakage observed from the roof near the door. Overall nice experience with Patong Resort.

This property is at the Heart of Patong which is Near to Bangla road. walking distance of 2 mins to Bangla. Be cautious Bangla can call you at any time, when you are here, Overall an Amazing property and services are good. Would recommend for everyone to come and stay, if you are not looking for much luxury but the easy location. Its old property, so don't expect much from them, also services are not good not bad, but will work when you are there for fun, not to enjoy the lavish hotel life. An easy approach to market and You don't need to spend a lot on Taxi and Tuk tuk, which are very high there in Indian context.

Overal experince is good ...recommend hotel for family with beloq obseevarions . Plus points : Hotel very close to patong beach Rooms are clean and we stayed in cottages . Breakafaat meets both veg and non veg minimum requirement. Walkable distance for any of the resturants .. Minus point ; Reception staff are bit unprofessional. May be for Asians ( Indians) they advice not use coffee maker as cooking device . This could be due to past expeeinces ... but bit embarassing for few of us to get advice . starngely they ask for USD 200 per room as deposit.

Good and safe hotel ,large room , Near to bangla road take an exit from the back and u r in bangla road ,near to patong beach . limited channels in television , dont use the mini bar filled stuffs if you really dont need it , 7/11 opposite to main gate family mart nearby, indian kohinoor restaurant nearby (10m to walk from hotel) cons : 2000 baht deposit. no free wifi In room Long time to check out .(will be fast if didnt had any room service and used the mini bar stuffs )

This hotel is close to Bangla Road (Walking Street), Beach Road & Shopping Malls. Can be recommended for Friends & sole travelers. Break fast at Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus is good even for Indians the breakfast seems to be good. But don't expect any Indian Food in the Breakfast. Please don't go early than the check in time without confirmation from Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus. To avoid the waiting time in the lobby. This property thou may be old it looks good.

I had a great experience staying at hotel. breakfast is really gud only problem is they keep 2000 bhat as security that means I had taken two rooms I had to pay 4000 bhat which they give only at checkout...My money got stuck and I had to bring back that money so while selling back that currency I will get less money.also I had to withdraw more money from atm for which I was charged extra.. The breakfast was really good and safe place to stay with family.

It was a great experience for us as we came to enjoy our honeymoon days. We stayed in Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus for two days and it was really comfortable with all the facilities. The hospitality of Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus staffs are really appreciable. The breakfast that they provide is really commendable. Also, the cleanliness that they maintain in Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus surroundings is exceptionally good.

The reception is under renovation hence the entry is crowded. The reception staff is not friendly. The bathroom is cramp as there is no separate shower cubical. Breakfast was decent but could have added more options. The city view room is just good for nothing as all the construction is going on near Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus. If you are lucky and get the pool view room, then it’s a cherry on the cake.

Patong Resort is a very well maintained resort with all the amenities. Walking distance to Patong Beach and Bangla Road. The room was also big and spacious. Had all the facilities in the room. There was a balcony with the clothes hanger which was very useful to us. Two swimming pools, large breakfast area, gardens all were amazing. We enjoyed our time at the resort. Really worth the money spent!

very good resort, well maintained. good food. 2 pools. very near to bengali market. night street. but they charged us 1500 bhats as we had lost the key to one room. This could easily be replaced in 100 bhat but they charged 1500 as the price was not mentioned earlier on their room cards. we had to pay as they did not agreed for making duplicate keys which was costing 100 bhats only.

This is best hotel with amazing location and facilities. Staff is very cooperative. I meet with an accident during my trip. I was surprised when Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus room division manager came to hospital to meet me and given required support to accommodate my family member who came to bring me back home. I have never seen such hospitality before. Good Atmosphere

Good Hotel with very good location. Buffet breakfast is very good with variety. But Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus shouldn't take any caution money or security deposit money from any guest which is very much insulting to the guest / boarder. Otherwise Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus and it,s swimming pool is fantastic, specially the jacuzzi. The breakfast and the jacuzzi.

Excellent Huge Property.... Close to Beach....barely 2 min walk... Close to Bangal Road....most happening place...3 min walk.... Excellent Breakfast....starts @ 6am....even gave me packed Breakfast due to my early flight.... 2 Pools to enjoy..... Bathtub available in my room.... Neat and clean rooms..... Overall.....Value 4 Money.....Go for It....

most important is its location 1min walk for bangla road other side there is very good restaurant you can get what you want specifically nonvej there are two swimming pools in Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus breakfast is good and delicious highly recommended best for indians very big and green remember they will take 2000 bath as security.

Its a very good property with perfect amenities at a very perfect location with bangla road and patong beach at a walking distance.... the property is right at the heart of most happening area in phuket. Swimming Pool was top notch. Never tried the food. Over all i would definatly recommend this hotel if u r visiting phuket.

Patong Resort - SHA Extra Plus is in an excellent location near to all activities. Hotel staff are very supportive & meet all your requests. Only thing to confirm is early check in before you arrive in there. Swimming pool, fitness room, hotel are well maintained. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. Overall stay 9/10.....
