Property charged us 30 Aed per day where as while booking it was mentioned only 10 Aed/ day . They also charged 30 Aed as i lost the access card to room , normally in 4 star hotels this kind of simple mistakes from customer they consider . Other than this rooms are quite big for family to spend vacation .

Excellent property. Best for indians as there are many Indian restaurants nearby Also accessibility to metro is easy 10mins walking only. Supermarket named (day to day) is also nearby from where u can get all groceries, clothes, utensils, food etc etc at best price.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were excellent. Location was nice, located in center of the city. No dining facility. No complimentary services were provided.

It was pleasant stay staff and services was also good, people are nice there, Location of the hotel is in the center of the old Dubai, everything was nearby. Room of the hotel was pretty decent.

It was a good stay, staff was cooperative and helpful. Location of the hotel was also good it was near to the metro station, plus grocery and shopping places is close to it. Rooms of the apartment was very good they were neat and clean plus there was daily cleaning.

The stay at the hotel was good as it was near the main place in Dubai.The staff and services were also good.Earlier there was a problem of Air Conditioner in the room, but they fixed the problem.And there was also problem of insects in there kitchen area.
