great ambience and hotel location is great to travel from metro DG sharaf ,and u can get halla cabs in front of hotel gates

It was avg hotel for the price. rooms were clean. good Indian restaurants within walking distance. areas to improve: in one room ac was not cooling at all. In the second room, AC was cooling too much. two single beds were joined to form a queen bed. very uncomfortable. in one room, direct shower water was coming and for tap water needed a difficult setting.

it's was ok ok hotel was clean but u have to pull ur luggage there is no helping staff there to take ur luggage to room very over crowded hotel after requesting they send some one to help me in luggage. for other there was nothing

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was neat and clean, and I appreciated the attentive room service and housekeeping staff. However, the property itself shows signs of age. The windows lack proper soundproofing and sealing, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room and caused some disturbance. Overall, with some renovations to address these issues, this hotel has the potential to be a great stay.

Multiple reasons & few of them I am pointing out here. No basic amenities for Sr.Citizens in washroom. No food available for Children's nor do they allow hotplate even in their kitchens Staff not humble no hospitality shown To watch any match they ask to visit there sports huddle even in the morning hours & don't make it available on television set provided in room.

Booked the hotel as it had large number of reviews and good rating but it's totally not worth it. Honest Review : 1. Rude and Unprofessional behaviour of staff at reception and no good service. 2. Poor quality and variety of breakfast. 3. Far way from DG Sharaf as well as ADCB Metro with distance almost 1.5km for both.( It's better to book hotel just next to metro station)
