Staff Behavior, Cleanliness, Location were good.
Same Menu for breakfast was unacceptable.
And, TV has only Arabic channels. No Sports, No Infotainment & No Movies Channels.

What an amazing experience !! Such cooperative staff and their outstanding communication skills are highly appreciable. Loved the whole stay... loved the breakfast buffet also as they had varieties for vegetarian people daily!! Keep up the good work !!

I asked for the menu card as it was missing in the room to order food. I called the room service they directed me to restaurent then they directed me to reception and it continued with no one wants to deliver the menu until i showed by dissatisfaction. I ordered for full grill chicken and delivered just two pieces for 45 AED and said this is full chicked as per our chef. I realised they do not have kitchen of their own and they buy food from the hotel opposite. Avoid ordering food in this hotel.
