the breakfast was not at all good… we didn’t have proper beg options… we stayed for 6 nights 7 days and struggled for tea and breakfast

My stay at Hyatt Regency Creek Heights from July 18th to 23rd 2024 was unfortunately marred by several issues:Despite having prepaid my booking, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional 100 AED for city charges that were not mentioned.Although we informed the hotel that it was our anniversary and were told we would receive a complimentary cake, it was not provided.When we brought our own cake to celebrate, we were surprised to be charged 30 AED for a single spoon, so we decided not to ask f ...more

Fantastic rooms & food so so good.! We loved the cuisines available for breakfast . Staffs wre so gud & helpful.!
