Was really good when compared to the affordable hotels nearby and the best location for transit in the city. Need to improve on the access to hotel amenities and their timings. But overall was really a pleasant stay.

It is not 4 start hotel its 2 star or less.Rooms : (We had booked 3 rooms with breakfast) - all rooms were provided with 2 single bed in each I was with my wife not with the office colleague, dental kit, bath robe, sleepers nothing was provided in the room. Unable to sleep in night because of too much noise from pub and window vibrating because of DJ in pub in same hotel. Rooms were small. I had done booking for like 4 days here. I had very bad experience as soon as arrived hotel.the receptionist guy James was very rude not at all willing to help or guide.. i had requested for early checkin via email however this person didnt allow me to enter room inspite rooms were available and I waited in lobby for. almost 6 hrs. apart from this The other receptionist Nitya was very cooperative and rooms and housekeeping seevice was good too. swimming pool is very clean and nice view. Staff's are too good help full and friendly.. environment is good.. and most importantly food test is awasome.. fish must try.. maximum Staffs are Indian .. so Indian must visit ..

great hotel near metro station and souq area. But mineral water cost 5aed of small bottle you will get only 2 bottles complementary.

Everything was perfect but the attitude of the reception staff was arrogant. They should treat customers in a better way. They are polite to customers from other nations. There is racial discrimination for indian customers.
