A good hotel to stay with access to Metro just 2 mins away. Good Staff and I have enjoyed staying here for 10 days with Family.

On the pris side rooms are spacious, the hotel is beautiful and having good ambience. But on the cons side hotel lack in hospitality and charge for even cutlery. Food is average, not bad , not very awesome. Location is centre , so you can move to any place via metro. Meena bazar is at walking distance.

The hotel is very good at the centre location from where Burjaman metro station is hardly at 2 mins distance , so you can catch metro to any area as the green line and red line meet here. Rooms are spacious. Furniture is good though very old. Food is okish. On the cons side they would charge you even for cutlery, you won't get any welcome drink, they won't serve you even water. I felt they lack in bit of hospitality and politeness.

I want to let everyone know that no one can provide worse services than Holiday International Hotel. On the day of my check-in, I arrived on time. When I got there, they refused to let me check in. They kept saying that they had no booking for us and no confirmation. We kept contacting, and after 2 hours, they informed us that the hotel was demanding extra charges, which they had increased from the rate we had booked at and were asking for. Hygienic rooms!! Everyday room is cleaned. But biggest drawback of the property is that there is a club downstairs and everynight loud music is played till around 4-5 am which makes it very difficult to sleep

We stayed here for 6 nights. The location of the hotel is crucial and it is very close to Burhuman mall. Indian and international cuisine is available for breakfast. We did not order any dinner or lunch. The food is little expensive, but there are lot of Indian restaurants. Staff behaviour was good and they were accommodative with early checkin and late checkout.
