It was not that good stay, rooms of the hotel were dirty, for the dinner we had to ask reception three to four times, service was really poor, food was OK in the hotel. Location of the hotel was also OK near to market place. people looking for cheap stay they can go there. Otherwise it is good for no one.

Crap hotel and utter waste for money. I will never recommend this hotel even if they give rooms for free. - Very old rooms with broken controllers - Poor room service. Ordered coffee at 7am and never served. - no toilet papers - Clogged toilets - Poor maintenance.

Very poor quality of management, corridors are not clean. No charging point for laptops or mobile which is horrible. They give us a 2 pin converter and take 10MYR as diposit. When I return that to the office they didn't return my money.

They didn't provide the drinking water at all, so we had to arrange the drinking water for our self, Overall the room was good enough.
