Overall the place is good for the budget though the service has to be improved. You will have to ask and get the amenities including the toileteries, no daily room cleaning and they dont even change the towel.. Worst thing I experienced is my room doesnt have a gyser in it and I had to request them to provide hot water and wait 30 mins. No bottled water, restaurant available. Lot of room for improvement.

best hotel to stay in Bhuvaneshwari nagar chennai if you are staying alone. best room service well mannered staff and amazing reception Room is very well organised and clean some beautiful location are very near from the hotel food from Madras zaika house is fabulous and worth giving a try. I loved to stay here.will come again if I get a chance.

Brand new apartment, with the feel at home. Very quick room services and flexible. They were ready to fulfill all our needs to keep our stay pleasant and peaceful. Queen size rooms are very much enough and not so compact, will be correct for two. Only improvement required is dining hall need to be utilised effectively. Great choice at this rate!!!

The apartment is well maintained and we really had a pleasant and comfortable stay. All the staffs (sai, natraj & santhanam) were very kind and cooperative during out stay. Very near to velachery railway station and vijayanagar bus stand. Car parking is little intricate due to the property located in very narrow lane.

The AC literally doesn’t has cooling strength. Facility has cheap reconnect ACs. No staff in premises to help on demand. Placed in a very small gully, beware Even 2 cars can’t pass by in opposite. Choose it only when you don’t find any other options in the area for similar price !

I'm Glad to book a room at this place... Overall experience is so good but the only problem is its located in residential area and peaceful place. But unable to find any sign boards & Google maps location is helpful regarding the same...

Too many restrictions they impose (starting from smoking, drinking, allowing visitors for a short while, and so on). While you are being charged for your stay @hotel, you can't expect such illogical rules & regulations.

it is a nice budget apartment room for family or single stay. location is accessible through Velachery train station as well as bus stop. worth staying for short work trip. clean, calm neighbourhood, accessibility.

amazing location for those who want to stay at peace amidst heavy traffic in Chennai.only drawback is they don't offer food and it's bit interior to go out and get things.Clean rooms and toilet.
