1. Good location 2. Courteous and helpful staff. 3. Value for money. 4. Food has to come from restaurants outside. However, the order can be given to the hotel staff, who will bring them for you. Hence, it is no problem, as lots of restaurants are there in the vicinity. 5. However, most restaurants are closed on Sunday's. 6. In all, a very comfortable stay. Thank you: AV Residency.

This is very near to ernakulam north railway station 100 metre , staff person of hotel are very nice , he dropped with to railway station at night 12:30 am . Quite safe for solo women traveller , zion resturat oppossite have good food . So overall a nice experience . Rooms are neat and clean

The hotel is at stone through distance from north d railway station and it is very well maintained. Surely ELIGIBLE for GOSTAY. Recommends for family travelers. ENJOY VACATION WITH FAMILY AT A TOUR IS EXCITING AND FUN AND I ALWAYS ENJOY THE SAME.
