What stood out to me was the consistency in the quality of service, which I also experienced years ago when I stayed at Abad whispering palms resort. It's clear that Abad Hotels prioritize guest satisfaction, and this commitment to excellence has remained unwavering over the years. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a cozy and relaxing environment. The location of the hotel is convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area like fort kochi water metro, mattanchery,kayees biriyani and many other. Overall, our stay at Hotel Abad Fort was nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay with outstanding service. Had booked the place for guests. The Guest Relations Manager, Mr.Dipu is very helpful and helped in ensuring that the guests had a comfortable stay. The room was neat, clean and spacious. The building is an old one, this hotel being one of the oldest properties of Abad. This can be felt in the rooms as the doors, tables, chairs give a feeling of a bygone era. But, that does not change the fact that the rooms are well maintained, neat and very very comfortable. If eating at their restaurant, then do not miss out on their Chicken Dum Biryani, Custard Pudding and Paneer Tikka... Recommended!!

Great place to stay. Warm staff and prompt service. The people guided us with all kind of travel advice that we needed. The rooms were cleaned and supplies restored, on time. The quality of food at the breakfast restaurant has a scope of improvement. Great experience over all.
