Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. It was clean, stylish, roomy .but Tv and hot water not working and not providing Towel.Food have order from outside like zomoto swiggy but great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. location nearby calangute beach. safe at night walked.

Awesome. The rooms,the ambience,ease of checking in and out simply awesome. The staff & owner very good in way of talking, If you are looking to stay in Goa near Calangute Beach,this is the best place to stay. The rooms are very large in size & cheap for the cleanliness and service. The washrooms are clean. Beds are comfy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE TO STAY. yes.

0 maintenance we have stay for 2 nights, Tv not working AC also cut off time & water supply also very less we have facing water issue in the midnight, we will inform the hotelier but they are not responding worst stay worst room maintenance, bedsheets & blankets are very dirty & smells very bad

not a good hotel to stay. no service or cleanliness. only good thing is the location being on Calangute Baga road. however the beach is not nearby. staff behaviour is quite bad. terribly overpriced room. you can stay only if you don't have any other option.

I'm coming for some urgent work so I choose this property rooms are really maintain and big rooms if your budget really tight so choose abbis nest it's near to beach there is bike parking facility must come and book property

Extremely dirty washroom, no matress outside bathroom,no towels,no soap given....also app doesn't show AC room .... afterwards they take extra charges...but shown all in amenities.... cleaning of room also not at all good.....
