Everything was poor. The room is in poor condition. bedsheet and blanket were dirty infact that it was seems that previous Guest left in which condition the room as room serve to us in same condition. A lot of stairs approached to reach the room. only one thing is good that was the view from balcony which was common for four rooms. Next time We will never book this hotel. Everything except view from balcony

our room was on four stairs up, so kinda hassle amenities are not at all there, you will get basic blanket and all. no soap, towels etc. water in jug, no packaged drinking water as complimentary. faucet and bathrooms were not good. I won't recommend it at this price point, go for something better and try to get a room further towards naina devi temple coz its very far

DONT EVER PAY BEFORE HAND. this is worst hotel at mall road. These people give the worst rooms of their hotel. And we customers have no choice but to accept it. As we have already paid for it.I paid to book this room and they gave me a tiny room with "no fan" dirty towel and a gutter view from window.I would have moved to another hotel had i not paid for this.

Hotel Abhiruchi was a nice stay, The hotel staff was nice and cooperative the food at the hotel was also good like home food and cheaper than the market restaurants. The only concern was the cleanliness we found beds were not much clean when we arrived The washrooms were not in much clean status. Else the property and the staff were good and recommendable.

Hotel is very nice and location is very good.The Naini lake view from this hotel is superb.Hotel has all basic amenities and service is good.Overall a good experience and i personally recommend this hotel to everyone as you will not get hotel on mall road with this price in peak season.My special thanks to Mr.Inder who was very cooperative.

one word for this hotel is the ghost Bangla.worst hotel I stayed in my life .room quality worst than a dharmashala and rates are like 5star.all staff were okay except the manager who was very very rude behaviour.approx 100 stairs before you reach the hotel rooms.never ever I will stay here or suggest any my friends or family.

I am pleased to say that my stay at Abhruchi Hotel has been excellent as per my expectations. The staff was very polite and catered to my every need. The room was clean and all the facilities were in perfect working order. Thank you for your hospitality, and I hope to stay at Abhruchi Hotel again soon.

We stayed there 2 days and we found that we had to go upstairs of around 300. we can see lake from the balcony. Food is like home cooked. But owner is arrogant. We got romm of rs3200 by booking online but same room was available office for rs 1800 and they say sir online mehanga padta hai.

Good place to stay with family. rooms are clean and we are not faced any issue from hotel abhiruchi. they are good but cost of hotel was little highoverall all good place to stay with family. this place is on mall road so you can view lake very clearly.

the room provided by hotel abhiruchi is servant quarters, no one can stay in such room, given complaint but no resolution provided till 4pm, so I am left with no other option than to book a additional room in separate hotel,

Room maintenance was good and all other facilities were provided. it's on the lake side and very beautiful view from the second floor and this kinda view isn't there from any other hotel in the mall road.

hotel was good staff was good the only problem was too much stairs to climb getting exhausted everytime climbing the stairs the main thing was hotel was at mall road and lake view was beautiful

Not really for family with older than 40 yrs. Too many stairs to climb. We had to go to other hotel without staying even loosing Rs. 9600 for 3 night.
