It was my Daughter First bday..and we were really excited for this trip. but due to some circumstances we have to book the hotel at last moment.. we heard of some other hotels as well in this area.. but due last moment booking we had no choice as the rates were really high for other hotels.. we finally decided to book this.. and yes this hotel seems to be the really amazing..the rooms are really big.. lots of space.. children play are is also very good..yes we don't get much facilities.. it's only stay and enjoy.. they have 2 staff.. one of them is Bikash Roy.. this guy is a true gentleman..very decent and helpful..they don't have their own kitchen..but have some restaurant tied up for food delivery..also only room 301 which is also a family room for 7 members have a beach view.. and approx 5min walk from beach..

good hotel but need more maintenance. as per the budget hotel is good. Location of the hotel is also very good. 2 min walking distance from mandarmani sea beach and market. especially I love this hotel because it's pet friendly. I visit with my pet no issue was found. The hotel staff is very co-operative. driver accommodation is also available. No restuarant is present at hotel. request to owner please do some basic maintenance of hotel so that it's best hotel in mandarmani.

The best experience can be said about it. Well had some flaws that the kitchen has been closed but the hospitality is awesome. There is no way they will give a chance to complain. Beds were very clean and couples are provided with total privacy. Loved the ambience with their very lovely work ethic.

It was a very good experience staying at ajoy minar. Rooms were very good, large and airy with a large balcony at the back side. Sea beach was a 5 min walking distance from the hotel.All the staffs were very much cooperative, specially Prasanta, who is a lovely guy, helped us in every situation.

Nice rooms, great furniture, good deal at this price... Staff was polite co operative and well behaved specially Raghunath bhai... location is 400 mtrs away from beach but it won't feel bad as it is located on the main road leading to beach with shops around. very peaceful stay.

The experience with the hotel was awesome.. unfortunately we do not have any pictures inside the hotel.. but the stay was lovely.. properly cleaned. Clean washroom. Enough spacious. Overall it was really good.. would love to stay there later when will visit mamdarmani

very big rooms, balcony is also there, clean bathrooms. nice experience of staying here. feeling attached to this place. just near the beach. hardly takes 5 mins. good hospitality. nice behaviour of staffs. will surely come to this place if ever visited again.

It was a very good experience . I would definitely recommend this hotel to any couple visiting there. This property was very nice and close to beach. Hotel staffs were also very nice and helpful. The hotel rooms were spacious and properly maintained.

Hotel is very good. Big room size and clean. hotel staff is also very good. but need some basic maintenance by hotel owner. I thik if hotel owner maintain this hotel then it's a best hotel in mandarmani. I stay at room no 205.

Big rooms and clean room. Huge space for parking. Sea beach is 5 minutes walk. Staff are friendly. There is no restaurant in the hotel but can order food from outside and delivered in your room. Overall good hotel.

Room is excellent and very big. But there is one problem. There is no restaurant in the hotel and there is no good eating place nearby. One has to travel atleast 1.5 km to get a good restaurant to eat.
