Service and hotel location was excellent. However, it being festive season the rates of the rooms were 2.5 times the normal rates. Staff was cooperative. Rooms were clean and it had basic amenities like TV, Solar water (5-10 morning).

Excellent hotel at this price. View of sea is awesome from the rooms. rooms are very clean and spacious. Very near to Diu fort , church and museum. All kinds of veg and non veg foods available nearby and in hotel. A local market is just nearby where varieties of items(sp. chocolates) are available to buy(many items if one to gift someone.).

Staff is not cooperative as such. They kept staring at me for the whole time as if solo travelling is a crime. Place literally stinks. Location is fine. Checked out within 4 hours as i didn't like it.

worst hotel for stay, the list of major issues 1. Unhygienic washroom, water supply issues in the washroom, no exhaust fan so it will always give you a feeling 2. AC of the room is controlled from reception (Main MCB is at reception), they will cutoff the power supply themself in between to save power without even telling you 3. It was incredible. 1. Location was fantastic. 1 km from Diu Bus Stop 2. Rooms are big with a beautiful sea side view 3. Food was fantastic. No complains what so ever. 4. Superb service. The hotel staff was very courteous & helpful. Service with a Smile. I recommend this hotel. I will stay at this hotel when I visit Diu again They have separate restaurant to cater couples/families separately from others to respect each other privacy. The hotel staff was very very good.

Excellent, and it is d best and not one of the best. Our stay was just superb with magnificent view from Room no. 204. I am in love with the location. Room service, food quality, room cleanliness, etc. was just so complete.
