It was an average experience. The tv was just kept for show and wasnt working. The geyser is not easily accessible since you always have to ask the owner to switch it onn whenever required and it doesn't work if electricity isn't there as there is only inverter connections to some lights if the power goes off. We were also charged extra 500 for no reason and the owner told us it was for the room change but we saw the same pictures of room while booking. Additionally, the rooms weren't cleaned properly and the bed lilen was smelly. What I noticed they don't change the bedsheets when someone vacates the room and just makes it look tidy by re-arranging it. Its in the top end of city and restaurant isn't too nearby.

pros : 1.budget price 2. A nice tea plant nearby as shown in photos , perfect for a morning walk . 3. Nice kind owners , who were helpful in giving directions/ info . cons : 1. located 1.5km from munnar main center 2. its a residential area ,so for nearby shops/ hire a auto you will have walk 10 mins . 3. Bathroom and rooms could have been more clean . 4. Hot water available only in morning and have to come down and inform the owner to switch on .

The room and the overall facilities were good enough but we had to wait till 2:30pm to get the room key instead of checking in at 12pm. 2 and half hours of delay. so, just 3 stars. when we had stayed here for the 1st time, everything was perfect. This is our second experience.

My experience was very bad with this property, the receptionist guy was very rude to me, I'm booking for family room 4 members stay. this cottage owner gave me a one single bed and very small room ...very bad ....don't book this cottage....very very bad 👎

they call me one day before the stay and said their septic tank complaint. then they were arange another hotel. which was very poor stay. bad room and bathroom. bad blanket and pillows. totally disappointed.
