Went to this amazing property in Aerocity. One word to describe overall experience is EXCELLENT.They allowed us early check-in with an upgrade room to have a runway view to make your stay even more fantastic.The hotel facilities, room and ambiance speaks for itself and its Hyatt anyways so no complains there.We were there for our anniversary celebration and they made us feel really really special even with their in-dining experience. Go for their buffet, it worth every single penny you spent. Their restauraunt Annamaya manager Mr. Pushp and Sharad are on toes all the time. Pool was close as per Covid protocol.Overall amazing stay and surely a place to go for if you are looking for a relaxing time with your love one.

Rohan from the front desk helped us alot in regards to the breakfast, room and even offered help for the checkout. Digvijay from the food and breakfast, restaurant was very humble and polite. Did as much as possible for us to make our dinner comfortable. Thank you to all the hotel staff starting from the entrance, valet, housekeeping everybody. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room whenever asked. The best part of the hotel for me was its sustainability. Nothing was disposable or plastic. Everything was reusable. Kudos to the entire team for that.

I had a perfect stay in this hotel. The staff is super friendly and takes extra precautions during the pandemic. It is located very close to the airport. I was provided a free early check-in. Although the dinner offered didn't taste very fresh, everything else was perfect.

Very nice and cozy place. Staff is friendly. Only one suggestion they should increase the number of Computers (and reception guys) at Reception so Check In and Check out becomes easy during peak period. Staff does its best but limitations are limitations
