I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a pleasant experience, especially considering it was well within my budget. The room was comfortable and clean, providing all the essentials for a good stay. One of the standout aspects was the service – Rohit, the service boy, was exceptionally attentive and active, always ready to help with a smile. His quick response and helpful attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great value for the price. Highly recommended for budget travelers looking for good service!

Rooms are little hard to find, dont trust google maps. call the number on reservation email and caretaker shall guide you correctly. No wifi was a bummer as area has limited network. TV are two generation old but everything works are caretaker is there always for any assistance. Clean rooms and great surrounding with trees and large open area. Pocket friendly and fairly near to beach hence no regrets.

pathetic hotel . i had already inform for late check in midnight to hotel and when i reachd to property it was hell to find and the contact number of hotel not picking at night 2 am. any how we manage to find property but there were no one to answer we stay outside property for atleast 2.30 hour and knock the door and shout then one person wake and get our room 5 am...

Awesome place, cheap price.... major beaches and venues for events like UV bar, pinakin, shiva valley, origens, etc are nearby... Multiple shops nearby in walking distance.... Spacious rooms and private balcony for my room. The only con is no wifi available at the property but you'd probably get mobile network at the place. Explored North Goa and went to few parties

Excellent place to stay in Anjuna.Easy access to Anjuna Beach,Hilltop,Dream Beach,Chapora etc...It is quite Peaceful here with a Beautiful Lit Garden & everything you want including wifi,hot water,mini fridge,clean room with a Kind Manager & willfull roomboys.Suitable for families,couples or singles.

Nice and well maintained property. Quite hard to locate but worth for stay. Owner and care taker both are nice persons. Mr Kishore subhedar was propmt at service and resolved any issues arrived promptly.Stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

4 star being given for location and green environment. It is near to beach and market. Rooms can be more hygienic . One can get rooms easily as it has availability . Cost affordable. Rooms are big enough, with all requirements.

Our stay here was just perfect. It was near to beach, quite environment, the care taker of the guest house was also very helpful, the room was big enough for me and my 2 friends. Overall experience was beyond what I expected.

Don't waste your money, time and your trip. Worst/Worst/Worst experience we ever had. No wifi, mobile network doesn't work, caretaker/staff is arrogant(they insulted us), its located at very unsafe location, no security.

Room is big and clean with balcony n chairs. Service was also good. Ambience is really nice with full of trees and place to chill. It's a neat to Anjuna and baga beach. Overall stay was comfortable and pleasant
