One of the best examples of excellent hospitality! This was the second time I stayed at Anna residency, which is located just in front of the airport. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by extremely friendly staff. I booked a non-AC Standard Double room and it was quite clean with a fan and television. The windows and are well covered by a mosquito net. There are some pretty good restaurants near the hotel and the hotel also provide the facility to deliver food inside the room. Even though the hotel is located walkable distance from the Airport, the hotel has a free airport drop which helped me a lot in the early morning. In a nutshell, it is a good hotel for family and bachelors. It was an amazing stay at Anna Residency and the staff was very helpful and cooperative.

Most affordable hotel near Kochi Airport. The rooms are worth the price! The check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. I stayed in Standard Non AC room and had no complaints. The bed was a Queen size double bed, and the linen was clean.They also gave a complementary water bottle, soap and a clean towel. The bathroom also was clean and spacious. There is a hotel called Bismi just 100 metres walking distance. You can go buy food directly from there or can also order food from the hotel just by calling them. They will deliver it to the room. The hotel is absolutely worth it for the price!

Amazing experience. the room was amazing, the AC, the lounge, everything was perfect. the hotel is just a street across the airport. the owner provides free pickup and drop service at any time (We checked out at 4 am in the morning). food court is two blocks away. you can go there or order the food into the room (their parcel charges are extra). If you are looking for a standard room and very close to the airport, this is the best hotel! 👍 Pickup and drop facility as we were carrying huge bags

Though we stayed for a night we had a very comfortable stay as it is located in a very calm and quiet place, very close to Cochin international airport. Just 5 minutes by car to airport. Very neat and clean. One can have food at a restaurant just next door or order food over phone.

very nice play near the airport. i had booked it for just 650 rupees. Clean and amazing value for money. about 1 km from the airport. hardly 10 mins walk. Staff very friendly and professional also. Decent restaurants around to order from.👍

location wise very close to the airport. hotel was neat and clean with a clean bathroom. the room was spacious enough and bedsheets were also clean but the pillow covers were a bit dirty. staff were also polite.

I really like this place with the cost it offers. It has food places near by. It is only 1.2km away from airport. Can be walkable too. The hotel staff is good and polite. Location is near to airport.

I had good experience overall , only issue is we have to walk airport 15 minutes, but Hotel vehicle helped me to drop airport at 4.45 AM.
