The rating is on the service criteria as though payment was deducted from my card for hotel booking room was not provided and instead arrangement done in another hotel which was not we had intended to stay in....the hotel owner should have kept the room as we had clearly mentioned that we are not sure on arrival time.. instead they allocated rooms to other customers without our consent keeping us in trouble.. so request all to always book genuine hotels.

The location was a bit far from the city. We ordered food from outside. The staff was supportive. There was no restriction for going out and coming back. I did not know about the wifi. It was a secure place to stay.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Location was excellent. There was dining facility. There was no complimentary services.

location Is Good... Hot water Management is not good... you have to call reception for Hot Water at Morning 9 AM... good
