The Hotel is very nice. staff is very friendly and helpful. cleaning wise good. I just had one problem that I face which was so very bad is that they gave me on the top floor and they don't have lift. so we have to go 74 stairs every time we go down and come up. They have about 5 Floors and gave us on top. and I came with my family. with my two kids. so it's very hard.Location wise very good. it's in the New Market.They don't have phones in our room. Because of the lick down, and the hotel was closed so it was not working. however, there is work going on in every room for perfect. although if you need to call reception, you can call through your cell phone.You have to submit your room keys every time you go outside and can take them when you come. That's OK with me. but maybe not for everyone. It's their policy.But it was a nice experience except climbing up so many stairs. 😭😭😂😝

very nice guest house. staff behaviour is very polite and helpful... Good service and very clean and nice facilities. howrah station sealdah station Kalighat victoriaa park all places near from this guest house...and Gangasagar is also easy to travel..

I have a very nice experience with 2days stay here..customer friendly owner and staff.. nice Air-conditioned rooms. 24hr access (because I love to walk till late night♥️😇)
