Upon our arrival: There was no one to welcome us, and the main gate was locked. There is no proper road to access the property. The listing claimed wheelchair accessibility, but we found this to be entirely false. There were 40+ steps to reach the rooms, and we were traveling with 4 senior citizens, including a heart patient, making it absolutely impossible to access the rooms safely. We waited for an hour at the gate, made repeated calls to the hotel and reservation contacts, but received no response. Eventually, only a watchman showed up. Upon entering, it was clear the property was unsuitable and we had no option but to leave. This entire incident caused undue stress to my family and a serious inconvenience during our travel. Given that: The property listing was misleading (false wheelchair access), There was no staff on-site to receive us, The health and safety of senior citizens in our group was at risk, I request a full refund to be processed at the earliest.

it's an amazing property located ashtamudi lake side. Provides spacious rooms and it's worth for money . little far from city centre and no restaurant there .

AC remotes not working, no hot water, water leakages on the wall, no tooth paste and brush in toilets. No worth for the money paid.
