The room was extremely small, feeling cramped for even one person. The AC unit was not working, and despite reporting it to the front desk, the issue wasn't resolved. This made it difficult to sleep and stay comfortable, especially during the night. I suggest that the hotel staff ensure all AC units are functioning before guest arrival, or offer a room change if there is a problem. A discount on the room rate would also be a fair gesture for the inconvenience.

Hotel room is clean and you will get basic amenities like fridge,ac,cleaned bathroom, perfect room. Hotel is centrally located for all nearby attractions like gate of India, Marine drive and Girgaon chaupati. Breakfast needs improvement as it has less items in it.

Receptionist need to understand the personal things.. Asking for marriage certificate before check IN at reception felt discomfort. Other wise hotel is good, Clean bathroom. Only need to improve Breakfast. (Need to add one hot item to eat.)

Worst experience, we have reached 2hr early. they have charged Rs 500 for early check in despite they had vacant room. I had no option so i paid and stayed because I came for my daughter heart surgery.
