Asthamaya Beach Homestay

A beautiful stay on Alleppey beach, hardly 50 m away from the water. If you get the sea view room (1st floor), you can see the sunset from the comfort of your room. We visited as a couple. The check-in was smooth, and the manager and staff were polite. They made us feel safe & right at home. The room is quite spacious; high ceilings, clean and well equipped bathroom, and it is somewhat soundproof too. There's an extra room with a table for dining. Breakfast at the stay is available on demand, but not other meals. But that's no issue as food delivery from nearby restaurants is available. Although the pricing is quite high, the stay is exactly as advertised, and that is a refreshing change. And all in all, we enjoyed our stay over there and would love to visit again.

Nice but should have a late check-out facility if they have rooms available especially for families traveling with infants. The view is great but on a different note and not related to stay, the beach is risky for bathing . Rooms are fine as well.

the stay was calm, beautiful, comfortable and with breathtaking view. Infrastructure was very good and luxurious. Bedding was very comfortable. Overall we loved the place and the host Samuel was very friendly and nice.
