Both Amit and Sonika are amazing people however, certain staff members are very nasty. The manager sets a bad example and takes the liberty to shout at guests. Bad service on his part, he does not listen, does not know how to take feedback, he gets defensive and takes it personally Does not know where to draw the line. He ruins the experience ... I was in an emergency, a cab was booked for me by him. I asked him for the bill but he refused to do it. When I insisted, he told me that he would never help me in the future. This is definitely a good place to stay at but his attitude is disgusting

The hotel is not in arocity it shows tje location in aroecity but its in the apposit side of the mahipalpur chowk if you are travelling in the morning or in evening 5-9pm there will be traffic and the hotel in that small gali near the patrol punm so that you can find it.
