    Room was allotted to me in 3rd floor and there is no lift facility. Stayed there for two days but room was not cleaned even once. Lots of mosquitoes and room stinks. Complimentary breakfast comes wi

    Dear Mr. Bubesh, let me thank you first for choosing us and I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you had to go through. We as a hotel never want our travelers to face any discomfort when they choose us. Just to get the same right we've paid highest attention to the details online. We've not added LIFT availability online and it is done just to assure our travelers get a clear info of hotels felicities. Breakfast is definitely a thing where we focus the most and the buffet set is designed after taking a feed from our travelers for over three months in a row. Last but not the least, we're a budget hotel and the travelers we get are mostly on a tight budget, to their comfort we clean the rooms during the presence of them or if we're informed to do so by the guest in there absence. We collect the keys to get the same done. We believe we're doing our utmost to assure our travelers a great experience. And we believe it's a learning experience and definitely this case will be taken up as a case study and we'll surely come up with the best possible resolution. We look forward to hear from you and definitely looking forward to allowing us a chance to pamper you during your next visit.
