My stay at Hotel Bansiwala was nothing short of a nightmare. Right from the start, I had to wait for over an hour just to check in, despite having a confirmed booking through Goibibo. Even after the customer care team emailed the voucher, the hotel staff failed to locate the booking, blaming it on not receiving any notification. The reception staff seemed completely untrained and unprofessional, with no clue how to check emails properly. Once we finally got the room, the situation got even worse. There was a power outage, and shockingly, the hotel had no power backup. The telephone in the room was dead, making it impossible to contact the front desk for any help. To top it off, the restroom flush wasn't working. This was an utterly frustrating and unworthy experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a basic level of service and comfort.

Its an awesome and luxury hotel to stay only the food is costly but taste is awasome and secondary you can order food from online apps as well like swiggy zomato so it's an Excellent experience to stay in hotel bansiwala The location of the hotel is best because its in city and just in front of it there is a Magneto mall

cleaning and hygiene service need to improve, not having professional staff to deal with. Restaurant service not good experience very slow service. Fan switch and Ac not working. I found Shrijal and Reena very helpful throughout.
