I recently stayed at Hotel for a night and was deeply disappointed. While the location is convenient as it is just 600 mtrs from platform no 1 railway station and the bathroom was clean, that’s where the positives end. First, the room had a broken window that made it hard to control the temperature.Also it doesnt feel safe in the room. I was horrified to find cockroaches in the room—definitely not something you expect in a hotel! The blankets were dirty, which only added to my discomfort. The hallways reeked of a musty odor, reminiscent of a storage room, which was off-putting. There was also inadequate lighting in the bedroom also, making it feel dark and unwelcoming. The walls were patched up in places, giving the entire room a neglected appearance. Emergency preparedness was clearly not a priority, as there are no stairs in the hotel, and the elevator is a small, residential lift that can only hold three people. This is extremely concerning in case of an emergency. Overall, while the location and bathroom cleanliness were the only redeeming factors, I cannot recommend. It feels poorly maintained and unsafe, and I won’t be returning. Overall, with so many issues, this place is not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel.

Pathatic room, unhealthy room ventilation, broken AC, no ventilation of bathroom.Very serious issue that they are not providing that room which they are showig in the picture. Complementory Breakfast is very very limited and not up to the mark( it is like snacks ).

The hotel is very dirty. The walls are full of damp. Behaviour of the staff is also very poor. They make you feel that, they are doing some favour while serving you. The room doesn't have any amenities. TV doesn't work. AC sounds like a truck.

I had booked this hotel for my guest.He was denied entry to the hotel on the ground that he doesn't have covid certificate. and told that amount will be refunded. Till now that amount has not come to my account.
