They homestay is beautiful. It's spacious and like living in a mansion - with polished floors, big rooms, and a help staff. Bassi House was my favorite place I stayed at in India. It's clean, big, safe, but still feels like India. There's a nice garden where you can have breakfast or drink tea during the day. They helped me with trip planning and onward transportation. Communal meals were great. I met other friendly travelers there.
