I wanted to share my experience on this stay. I stayed in Berry's for 2 nights and I had a wonderful experience until I checked out. Our check in was at 11 AM but due to some change in our plans we reached the property at 6 AM... We were waiting outside in 14 degrees temperature wid my 2 year old son and family. I called the property manager - Balaji and explained the situation, he without hesitation gave away his room and let our family take rest until the other guests checked out of the actual room. This man is one of a kind... Kudos to him and his team. property had a beautiful valley view and most of the time we got to experience fog and drizzles which was fantastic 😍 Food and taste wise m very choosy... the chef there was a magician and impressed us with delicious food. All our requests was taken care of by the entire management. My family and I enjoyed the stay here without any issues ☺️

The room was very neat and clean. Morning breakfast and their service are top notch. Really had a peaceful vacation after a long time. Manager Balaji brother so awesome he is such a helpful person and helped in making my birthday one of the best one in my life. I will surely recommend it for everyone. Nice room with really pleasant beautiful outside view. The arrangement they had made on extra cost for my birthday on the request of my wife. The ambience of the the room both inside and outside was great one. Had a peaceful vacation with my lovely wife.

if you are looking for peace minded environment then no more questions straight away book for it, hospitality was really nice and very safe area, I and my fiancé booked room here but unfortunately I was scared whether the property will be safe or not, then after some times the property management makes me to feel comfortable and safe

The premium balcony room has a very good view, but pricing is very high compared to nearby accommodations. For the first time I experienced the complimentary breakfast is limited to per head count, they offered 1 scoop of pongal, 2 idli and 1 vadai, but tasty. Only phone communication if we want to order something.

Breakfast is unlimited and taste is good. But there is no room spray and also getting some smell from the bedcovers and pillow. Feels like room was not cleaned properly.
