very very very pathetic experience. First a fall the location is too worst, very unsafe area. Staff is very rude and have not provided any basic guest services. AC and TV was also not works so I contact them they informed me that they will check but they didn't. Moreover I purchased some basic from the hotel like brush and soap in which they need to provide for free but they charged me 2 times more on MRP. Also the basic things that a hotel need to provide is free water. They charged me for the bottles as well. Such a very awful experience. Never suggest to anyone to check in. If you wants to check in through the 5 star rating which is already shown on app is fake.

This is a good hotel and the staff are very friendly. Their room rate with breakfast and dinner is really good. Specially staff Noor was very helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel

Visited yesterday the place was awesome as expected. Staff were good location was also good everything was just awesome nice place will visit again. Price was also under budget .
