Hotel itself is very old and in a remote location..... Talking about the room...it's not clean and there's waste under the bed and the intercom phone was not working so for every enquiry or needs we need to go down to reception and ask for help....the tv was not reacharged and inspite of telling to make it fix they were not bothered....they didn't even provide basic facilities like mineral water to room....we have to go down to reception and ask for help Coming to bathroom....it looks very old and closet was not cleaned....we could even see used condoms in the bathroom at one place(photo has been attached above)....the bathtub was not clean and felt uncomfortable while using it

The receptionist took a while to get us into our room. when we got there the flush wasn't working. so he changed the room for us. But there was no blanket, no towels. We had to ask for blankets, towels and water. the intercom phone doesn't work. the bedsheets are not clean. Essentially, the service is bad. There is no restaurant here. The receptionist said it was closed. The one plus for this hotel is it's location. It is close to lingaraj temple and other temples, railway station and airport. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Find better options, if you search for them.

Hotel is setup out of a residential premises and does not have any restaurant facility. All food is ordered from outside even tea / coffee and breakfast. Service is very slow - had to wait for 45 minutes for breakfast and tea. Rooms and washroom are not maintained: bed linen was dirty. intercom was not working as well. Had to constantly follow up for Soap and shampoo. Give this place a miss.

The room was very good and clean. Other services like room cleaning are also good. The staffs are very nice. I just have one issue...In my bathroom, there was a outlet pipe that comes from other room. So sometimes it flows water from other room in my bathroom. That's some really bad issue. Unhygienic.

experience was good ..nice and cooperative staff ..good room but the room size is small compared to price they charge .. the food was average the room service disappointed me a little as they come and knock the door any time they wish without any reason

The stay was very comfortable.. service is good . only problem is that they don't serve all the food in the menu they should try to include all the items mentioned in the menu .. overall experience was good ☺️

worst experience to stay in this hotel. cockroaches are everywhere, unhygienic rooms, small lift. not worthy. very difficult to stay there.
