I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The location is not ideal, making it inconvenient to get around. The cleanliness was a major issue, both the rooms and common areas felt unkempt. The washroom was particularly dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. It was so bad that I decided to check out early. Overall, this is not a good place to stay, and I would not recommend it.

I booked Suite room but it didn’t have any facility of Suite room. There was no electric cattle available. Had to struggle in night to warm milk for my 2.5 yrs son as post 10:30pm kitchen gets closed. No bucket and mug was provided in the washroom. Balcony was not cleaned properly. Overall stay was average not upto the mark. They should consider these to provide better customer experience.

I was the only one staying in the entire property when I checked in though while booking it said last 3 rooms available. Clean rooms, clean linen, clean balcony etc. Has a small, functional gym for basic workout. The staff is good and very caring. Food - esp main course is very nice.

The stay in Blooms Premium was good...Food was good. Staff were quite friendly. Room was spacious.. They have a small gym also...a budget hotel with a gym is a luxury...I enjoyed the stay...J will definitely recommend Blooms Premium to everyone for a nice stay...
