I strongly recommend this hotel if you are planning a day or two in Mirik. The hotel is situated near the famous Mirik lake and kind of gives homestay vibes. The rooms and property are a little old but provide a nice vintage lodge-type appearance. The food it serves is marvellous! The owner Mr.Dawa is a genuinely nice man and loves to serve his customers. He also guided us on a little trek in which we covered a few walkable places of Mirik. Overall, it is an excellent option to be considered when planning for a stay in Mirik.

Location is good and behavior of hotel staff is also very helpful. It has a adjoint gorkha cafe where the food is also tasty. But the rooms are not at all good. Each room has a ventilator which is covered with paper and at night the room gets chilled. No room heater is there. Geyser is only available if manager is at the front desk. We asked for a triple bed room but got a bed which can hardly fit 2 people. In a word services are good but room size and conditions are not at all acceptable.

Poor service. Poor room management. The bedsheets had holes in them. The geysers are not under your control. So good luck if you want to have an early morning bath. When you ask for extra heater they'll tell you the charge is 300rs but when you check out they'll bill it for 400rs. Do not book this hotel if you're not in a dire need of a room to spend the night (and to think we had booked their supposedly premium Wood cottage rooms).

A wonderful experience, staying in Hotel Blue Lagoon .Stayed for three days from 28/04/22 to 01/05/22. The owner and the staffs of the hotel are really very nice.The food here is awesome.Overall the location and the surrounding of the hotel is lovely too. clean and spacious rooms with balcony,room service, hygiene,and food quality and taste.

Excellent. Just a few minutes of walk from Mirik lake. Also very near to taxi stand. Neat & clean room & bathroom with balcony for view. We stayed in Room. Room service is also good and the best part is the beautifully decorated dining room with glass windows. Has a capacity to sit 30-40 persons.

according to the price.... the hotel is good all time geyser service is available the staff are very well behaved... very welcoming.. mirik lake is just infornt of the hotel.... they will arrange meal... as you desire ( if it is outside the menu)...

good stay here, the hotel is neat and clean, location excellent near milk lake, walking distance 200 m, restaurants within hotel, but food quality should be improved by hotel management, i personally did not like the food as much, rest is good.

Never ever booked this hotel. I was there for 1 night and everything of this hotel is bad. It’s was dirty , bathroom hand wash was not working, TV is not working and even room are very small with damp wall and ceiling.

room is not clean enough . and most important is the entrace road to the hotel is so narrow and uneven only 1 car can pass at a time . small cars need to be very carefull while driving to that alley .

Check In process is so smooth. you can enjoy lake view from room window. staff behaviour is excellent. Enjoy delicious meals in the resturant. Overall perfect stay. I enjoyed.

The hotel is near to Mirik lake. Room is in good condition. Bathroom can be better. The wash basin was not working. TV was not working. The food is very good.
