It is sorry to say that the Break Water Palace Resort, Cherai was not up to our expectations. The people who are handling the resort seems to be unprofessional and there was not a reception area in the Resort. We have to wander here and there for our needs, there is no calling bell or intercom in the room for the service. Although they mentioned about food, there is no menu for the food and they are reluctant to provide food on request. They made us to go outside for lunch and they behaved in an unfriendly way. Please look into these things for further recommendation.
