Rooms are almost neat and clean . Metro railway station is not an walking distance . At the entrance two big dogs are pet without chain . These two dogs barks and attempt to bite the new comers .I was seriously injured and fallen down on road while protecting me when the dogs attempted to bite me . Repeatedly requested everybody , but no result. The hostel managers simply says like a stranger , ' is it ? the dogs never do like this .' I came to Kolkata for a 5 months course. So I booked this Hostel for 10 days till I find a room for myself. I was staying in a Mix Dorm. They have 3 Bunk Bed, so total 6 people stay in a room. They have 2 rooms so total 12 people share 2 Bathroom. It gets uncomfortable sometimes because the bunk bed really wobbles. They have 2 flats total, the other flat is in the next building, interconnected. In other building they have around 18 beds total with 2 bathrooms only. They do have kitchens in both the flats but no stove, no pans or plates. Hostel staff and connectivity is very good.

Unfriendly and rude staffs. Its like a jail. All amenties are of no use without good behavior. Very pathetic behavior from the staffs. Highly unrecommended.

i enjoyed my stay, and it was good to be here. the staff were very amiable. they helped me with everything. bathroom was neat and clean, room was hygienic, good drinking water, tv, etc.. all in all i am happy with theirs service.

I stayed here for 6 days during a short visit to Kolkata. I was looking for hotels with some affordable prices. Somehow I came across this 'hostel' in goibibo. Bubble Beds, Kolkata is amazing! The beds are super comfortable, the service is good but more importantly it's the environment which I loved. You get to interact with alot of Travellers from various parts of world and sharing experiences with them makes the day. The location is perfectly located at one of the busiest areas of the city and gives easy access of Metro to every place nearby.

The stay was neat and clean. Met some wonderful people there. The manager was also very helpful and nice. Overall a good experience on a low budget. I think many people prefer it for both the good location it is set in and also when you have a busy day and the only need you have for a stay is a bed at the end of the day to relax. It's perfect for that.

Had a pleasant and happy stay here.. met many people.. rooms and clean and had separate locker facility.. rest rooms are cleaned daily.. a kitchen is there and we can cook some foods for our need.. a fun space is situated on the second floor.. overall I can go with 5 stars🥰 Actually I felt safe here as a solo traveller

Bubble beds is the best bagpakers hostel in kolkata. Nice location and friendly staffs..and the best part is that it is 1min walk from the metro station (kalighat). making new friends & exploring surrounding areas with local food and local transport .
