Pathetic place to stay and not professionaly run business 1.its not a hotel , its an residential apartment. 2. they are calling it Capital hotel to mislead us, as there is a highly rated professionally run hotel of the same name just 400 mtrs from this one. 3. when i booked they gave me a room without a bathroom attached. when asked they said its mentioned, now tell me which hotel stay would be without a bathroom, i said fine which bathroom should i use, they pointed to the common bathroom,one that is also used by their cook and cleaner,when asked about an upgrade they asked me ₹1500//- which i paid but they refused to give me a bill, can you believe that what kind of legal enterprise does that.

The room and toilet was clean. The room had a pleasant view. There was no towel or soap given, had to call and ask for the same. They said it is with breakfast. All that I was give was a cup of tea and 2 slices of partially over toasted bread without any jam or butter. The water was filled in a water bottle so no sealed water bottle. The fridge was not clean.

very comfortable stay I would say...I felt at home..special mention for Mr. Kailash jee and Mr. Pappu jee for their humility and politeness...A home away from home!!!

The location was very convenient and it was easy to locate as it was on the main road. The rooms were neat and tidy and the food was decent too.

Staff were cooperative, amenities and services were nice. Location was fine. There was no dining facility. No complimentary services.
