worst one in life dirty pitty bucket with mug full of dirty condition and washroom we will vomit bcoz of the condition and phone is not working. blanket was not there and pillow cover and bed cover everything was used and not fresh. totally irritated bcoz we will neveer get refund or cancellation and we have no option bcoz we have came to attend a conference. so we pathetically stayed there

they are asking for more money than booking and they are not even giving respect to the customers. we went to the hotel at 11:30pm and they refused to give me the keys because they are not able to see my name on their list. very horrible experience i say. we waited for 30min at that time to seek this and then they provided the room keys.

horrible experience...they denied the check by showing no vacancy board...these third party apps need to get updated with the hotel management regarding the availability of rooms....please do not choose this hotel .. especially if you are planning to check in late night ..

Bathroom cleaning seems to be not done on regular basis. The bucket and mug given are slimy and stained along with toilet seat & tiles. Towels, shower gel, etc have to be provided both pax. Rest all is good. Location very near to Rushikonda beach.

Arrangements was Average, but beach and sea is within One kilometer. Only two persons available in support We have reached there after 11pm, only two person available to attend us. They have tried their best to satisfy us. Facilities was average.

there is no water, no receptionist, one receptionist asking directly amount for without booking, but I choose the online booking then they not provided water I lost my date and I went out immediately it's so horrible guys don't go there

the other name of disgust is this property. uncaring informal staff. unprofessional attitude. lack of service. drunkards ruling the property making loud noises. no power backup. bad linens. everything
