worst experience ever in my booking history.. too much money minded. they asking additional cost for check in.. i was waiting more then an hour with my 2years kid.. such a worst management. i left hotel in mid night and went to check in another hotal.. they not even provide additional bed if you booking for 3 ppl

Room were Allotted to some other people and we were waiting at the counter for more then half hour in spite off making payment in advance this was not fare we were waiting for room. We reached by 4.00 pm It was good
