Capital O Sri Krishna Palace Near Sum Hospital

In my life staying in this hotel was very worst and painful. I reach hotel for check in near about 1330h that was very hot climate. Inspite of my confirmed booking hotel staff say no room is available to stay. I ask for why. they say all rooms are full. I ask them if all rooms was full, how my booking confirmed and why not you intimate if room was not available. again they say come after 1500h room will given to you. In that hot climate I stay outside here and there. when I came after 1530h again they say your booking is done in low-price that's why we can not provide room to you. and say talk to support centre in which you booked. I talk to someone in that number may be Gurgaon, thanks to that person he solve my problem with in 15 min. then I stay in this hotel in my booking price with out giving any extra cost. But hotel service is very very poor. room was not sanitised. when I say to receptionist he reply room already sanitised. there was nothing inside the room items like towel, toilet soap, drinking water, drinking glass, no hanging facility for clothes. a cupboard is held without any hanger and hooks. When I go counter to say for towel he give me in hand in counter. Again I go for water,soap and glass. but no-one found in counter. after telling on mobile phone after near about 15 min that boy give me a glass and two bottles RO water. bath room only shower no bucket and no mug. there is no place for keeping soap inside bath room. maximum times no staff is there to attend your needs. They didn't return my Aadhar card after all entries in register. in between my stay I ask for my ID. they say this is hotel rule card will be returned at the time of checkout. for every thing you have to go counter for asking.

don't book the hotel ...the owner charges extra money. they did not provide drinking water staffs are not supportive and rude behaviour. don't book the hotel. they did not obey that you booking. one of the worst hotel in bhubaneswar they did not maintained the shine board....

hotel is very far from sum hospital, even at night time you not get any transport to reach there
