It was a nice, comfortable and short stay, the property is bang on the Mall road, it can save your lot of time in many ways, elderly people should keep in mind - have to climb 10-15 stairs. we went for delixe room, which comes with a view of lake. overall it was value for money. pics clicked from room. doesn't have to walk much from bhutiya market and parking area to get to the hotel. which saved our lot of time.

Most perfect part is the location. The hotel is situated just alongside the road and hardly 5 minutes walking distance to Naini lake and Naina devi temple. I have booked "2 bed deluxe" room. It was a lake view room and was quite spacious. Staff were cooperative. Food was good. Hotel kitchen staff was good. they provided customized food for my 2 year old daughter.

we stayed from 16-17 october.hotel is very good and is located at very prime location.. service was good and food was awesome .staff is very polite.. the only thing which needs improvement is hanger was not available to hang our clothes and handwash was not available in washroom + bathroom shoe were not provided

Deluxe rooms are good, hotel has pantry and its food quality is equally competitive to famous restaurants like Sher E Punjab, Machaan, Moti Mahal in Mall road. Superb Location on the mall road. Got a bit costlier rate whereas similar nearby hotels were cheaper @on the spot checkin
