Service in this home stay is very bad..in bathroom there is no space or shelf to keep toiletre like brush Colgate soap etc. There is no curtains for balcony windows, ac water was continuously dripping in balcony...in bathroom there is no hot water service they provide us electric water heater which was very dangerous it can kill any one if right precaution is not taken...in my 3 days of staff no one came to clean room on third day I went out in morning I gave room key in reception for cleaning but until I return in evening no one clean room but one guy came around 8 evening for cleaning so I ask him to change bedsheet but he said they don't have extra bedsheets 🤔🤔🤔🤔 so I tell him not to clean room because next day I was leaving in morning....on top of hotel terrace they have swimming pool, on side of that they have staff room which door is always open and it's very dirty and some one sleeping everyone...on the side of swimming pool lots of dirty things are kept like alcohol bottles ,dirty sacks dirty cloths this is my special request to owner to have ur deep attention on ur business....even me I am a hotelier I know very well about guest satisfaction feed back it is very important for there owners because this this only will let's us know what there like and dislikes..

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. when we reached hotel the owner asked his servant"koi room khali hai" we were shocked to hear that...the servant said No.After discussing among themselves finally the servant took us to different hotel and said we will get room over there..even there the owner checked our id cards but within couple of minutes even here servant said there is no room. We were really frustated and since we have no option we tolerated and then he took us to different hotel which was 7-8 km away and we got room after struggling for 2hrs.

when I reached hotel for checkout, they have shifted me to another hotel jasant valley resort. Room was neat and clean with proper ventilation. Hot is also available and swimming pool was also good.staff was also very good.

it was nice stay over here, service is too good and response is pretty fast. reached late from airport in midnight and they waited for me for checkin. overall nice stay.
