There was some inconvenience in the beginning where the door of the room was faulty and the host was kind enough to change our room.. except that the overall stay was very good.There was enough privacy and there were very less disturbances and there were lot of space for taking pictures and was very aesthetically pleasing.

it's a small and decent hotel. The location is good and the staff is polite and their behavior is quite supportive. They gave us good amenities and room conditions are good and well maintained. I will give 10/10. Nothing. But if they can start a restaurant in their premises that will be value added in their services.

Stay was not that good . Wifi was not available as mentioned in the amenities.i have requested for refund for the wifi non-availability but they refused to provide. Also rooms were not that clean especially warm sheets in bed If possible provide some refund for the above mentioned problem

They had a good ambience and hospitality. I appreciate the kindness and not money minded attitude of the people working at this resort. They made us feel like home. I appreciate the worker and people managing the business and services at Casa Orchid.
