The place was very clean n calm, you can here the breeze of sea and the view from room was really very awesome and the view from room number 103 and 105 was amazing. overall the best stay till now in panjim. the receptionist she was very kind, friendly polite and help full as well. only disappoint was no in house restaurant. the view from the room, the calmness, no traffic sound just the waves hitting the shore.

A well located homestay in the plush RajBhavan area. Very positive staff and a well kept super clean hotel. Lovely Portuguese interiors and furniture merged with a lot of greenery. Different variety of restaurants in walking distance. Safe and secure area with good gentry. Will definitely recommend to others and revisit too. Supe value for money.
