Location was everything....very near to all the imp places, in the heart of the city yet away from the hustle and bustle. Hotel staff ..esp the manager Anoop were very cordial and helpful with key inputs about our enquiries since it was a one day stay for us. Even though the stay doesn't have a restaurant, fresh homely breakfast is provided from nearby restaurants or home based caterers. What stands out is the cleanliness and hygiene which is even hard to find in 4* hotels these days. Kudos to the management and staff for such a lovely place....for a budget apartment..this is a heavenly deal!!

It was a last minute booking and didn’t have much time to check the web site in detail..As its a buget apartment I was doubtful about the cleanliness But to be honest it’s a Very well maintained apartment and spotlessly clean .Living rooms , bedroom,bathrooms , kitchen are all well furnished..its very close to all business centres in Kochi .Famous shopping mall Lulu and oberon Mall are hardly 500 metres away from the apartment . Surely I would like to stay here in my future trips also

This budget homestay is from a different league..Well maintained,calm atmosphere, staffs are well supportive and caring.Spacious accommodation at a location close to all a traveller need.Pure value for money ..Keep your eyes closed and go for it..
